Message	The bumpers don't come with primer...The black color you see is just the yelcro which is a base coat used before applying the fiberglass and resine to the mold. The person who paints the bumper will have to sand it, then apply the primer (in desired color), then sand it again to start applying the paint. I'm not sure if that's what you want to know...Let me know if you don't.
